Eat @ Solétude

All enrolled courses are inclusive of meals, soft drinks and wine in the evenings. Food is mainly home cooked and often includes produce from the garden, picked within hours of being eaten!

Whilst La Ville cannot claim to be organic (because of the surrounding farmland), only natural products are used on the potager to help nature produce its best produce possible!

Bread is
often baked fresh on the premises by Moira. Whenever the weather allows (which is often!), meals are eaten communally, and served on the large main terrace, with plenty of lively conversation at the end of a day which has been

filled with music making.

Breakfast:

Provided in each gite, self-catered to allow for flexible timing;
cereals, fresh fruit when available, fresh bread (either homemade or locally sourced), yoghurt, eggs. tea, coffee.

Lunch:

Salads, selection of cold meats,pates and or local cheeses.

Supper:

Three course meal, with wine.
Starters: Soup or light starter
Main Courses: Meat or
fish with vegetables.
Dessert: Homemade e.g. cheese cake, chocolate mousse,
